Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued only for eligible orders as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
• Refund requests must include order details and supporting images where applicable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of incense, pooja products and food items, returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Product missing from shipment
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
