1. Introduction

Welcome to GRDO Bharat Bazaar. These Seller Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GRDO Bharat Bazaar Marketplace as a registered seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Seller Eligibility

To register as a seller, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain valid KYC documents where applicable.

3. Registration & Verification

Every seller agrees to provide accurate information, including where applicable:

PAN Card
Aadhaar Card
GST Registration (if applicable)
Bank Account Details
Business Address
Pickup Address

GRDO Bharat Bazaar reserves the right to verify any submitted information and reject or suspend any account providing false or misleading information.

4. Product Listings

Sellers agree that:

Products must comply with applicable Indian laws.
Product descriptions, pricing, specifications and images must be accurate.
Counterfeit, prohibited or illegal products are strictly prohibited.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining stock accuracy.

5. Pricing

The seller is solely responsible for product pricing. GRDO Bharat Bazaar may remove listings that contain obvious pricing errors or violate marketplace policies.

6. Orders

Sellers must:

Accept and process orders promptly.
Ship products within the committed dispatch time.
Update order status accurately.
Cooperate with customers regarding order-related queries.

7. Returns & Refunds

Sellers agree to comply with the marketplace Return and Refund Policy. Refund requests will be processed according to the marketplace approval process.

8. Commission & Payments

Marketplace commissions will be deducted as per the applicable commission structure.
Seller payouts will be processed according to the approved payout schedule.
GRDO Bharat Bazaar may withhold payments in cases involving disputes, fraud investigations, chargebacks or policy violations.

9. Prohibited Products

Sellers must not list products that are:

Illegal under Indian law.
Counterfeit or infringing intellectual property rights.
Expired, unsafe or adulterated.
Restricted by applicable regulations.
Offensive or prohibited by marketplace policy.

10. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

Product quality.
Packaging.
Dispatch.
Customer support.
Compliance with applicable tax laws.
Maintaining accurate business information.

11. Account Suspension

GRDO Bharat Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

Fraudulent activity.
False documentation.
Repeated customer complaints.
Violation of marketplace policies.
Sale of prohibited products.

12. Limitation of Liability

GRDO Bharat Bazaar provides an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers remain solely responsible for the products they list and sell.

13. Changes to Terms

GRDO Bharat Bazaar may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
